I recently traded my SW MP 40 for this gun. The differnce is amazing. You will not go wrong purchasing this guy. I have large hands and it fits will. The accuracy is also outstanding.

I'm shopping for a target 1911, I've previously owned
various Colts, Kimbers and an original 1911.
I like what I've read about the Sigs 1911 but I cannot
purchase a gun without handling it and feeling the quality and ergonomics through my fingers.
I cannot find a dealer near me that stocks them.

I'm about to purchase my first 45 ACP .
I've look at and handled numerious guns and none fit my grip as well as the 1911 Target.
The guns edges are nicely contoured and balance feels perfects.
The trigger pull feels lighter than the 5 pounds indicated in the specifications.
